‘ENERGODIM’ is a program of energy modernization of high-rise buildings. Join and get back up to 70% of the costs of building face-lift and internal system upgrades
How does it work?
Your house can become warmer and more beautiful, and most importantly – your costs for utility payments can be significantly reduced (up to 70%).
With your HOA, initiate an energy audit, upgrading internal heat and water systems. An energy auditor will help you choose an individual set of energy efficiency measures for your house, and we will reimburse up to 70% of the costs of thermal modernization.
The main stages of participation
Stages of Package A (‘Superlight’)
Conducting a preliminary energy audit and receiving a partial reimbursement of its cost
Development of project documentation, its appraisal and obtaining a partial reimbursement of their cost
Implementation of energy efficiency measures and receiving partial reimbursement of their cost
Participation in the Program will help to
