Who can apply?

HOAs (Homeowners’ Associations) and HBCs (Housing Building Cooperatives) can apply for compensation under the GreenDIM Programme

Key requirements

registration and operation in accordance with Ukrainian legislation;

an open account with a Fund partner bank;

How to apply?

Determine the list of equipment, choose a contractor, and get an estimate.

Hold a general meeting of co-owners, or, if permitted by the Charter, a board meeting, to approve the decision to participate in the GreenDIM Programme. Prepare extracts from the minutes (they will be needed for submitting the application).

Submit the Application (Submit Application), together with the required documents:

For HOAs:

  • Extract from the general meeting of co-owners on the decision to participate in the GreenDIM Programme
  • Extract from the general meeting of co-owners on the appointment of the chairman of the HOA
  • Statute of the HOA
  • Extract from the minutes of the board meeting on authorizing the chairman to conclude a grant agreement (if applicable)
  • Template — here

For HBCs:

  • Extract from the general meeting on the decision to participate in the GreenDIM Programme
  • Extract from the general meeting on the election of the chairman of the HBC
  • Statute of the HBC
  • Extract from the minutes of the board meeting on authorizing the chairman to conclude a grant agreement (if applicable)

Submit the Completion Application (Submit Application), together with the required documents:

Full list of documents
  • Technical passport for the installed equipment (from the manufacturer)
  • Commissioning act
  • Sales/delivery act (purchase documents)
