• It is necessary to choose a certified energy auditor to assess the state of the building — the HOA makes the choice independently.
• According to the results of the energy audit, the HOA receives an Energy Certificate of the building, as well as a Recommendation Report, which contains Description of the project of energy efficiency measures.
• You can choose a certified energy auditor in the section ‘Specialists in the audit of energy efficiency of buildings and specialists in the examination of engineering systems’ on the portal of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.

It is possible to choose Package ‘A’ (Light) or Package ‘B’ (Comprehensive). Both have mandatory and additional measures.

The decision to participate in the ‘ENERGODIM’ Program, the determination of the Package of energy efficiency measures and the maximum cost of the project must be approved by

The HOA independently chooses one partner bank for cooperation.

Partner banks are a ‘single window’ for HOAs. This means that:

• Application No. 1 (as well as other applications at the discretion of the HOA), accompanying and other documents are submitted by the HOA to the Fund through the nearest branch of the selected partner bank
• The Fund sends written messages directly to the HOA, and sends electronic copies of these messages to the email addresses of both the HOA and the partner bank
• The HOA must open a current account at a partner bank
• The HOA may change the partner bank by notifying the Fund in writing within 10 calendar days from the moment of such change

If the Application for participation in the Program is approved, the HOA will receive a partial reimbursement of the cost of the conducted energy audit (first tranche).
