STEP 1

Performance of works

The participant performs all the necessary works, including:

  • purchase of equipment;
  • search for a contractor;
  • installation of equipment;
  • start-up and commissioning works, etc.

Please note: the purchaser of the equipment must be the HOA/housing cooperative

STEP 2

 Energy audit of the building

The participant carries out certification of the energy efficiency of the building in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Energy Efficiency of Buildings”. According to the results, he receives an energy efficiency certificate and a Project Description.

STEP 3

Application 2 submission

The Participant submits Application No. 2 to the EEF, in the form specified in the Grant Agreement, and accompanying documents in accordance with the List of Documents.

Based on the results of the EEF’s review of Application No. 2, the EEF receives a notification of the approval of Application No. 2.

Within 15 (fifteen) business days from the moment of sending the notification of approval of Application No. 2, the Grant is paid to the Beneficiary’s account at the Partner Bank.
