STEP 1

Conducting a preliminary energy audit

The participant carries out certification of the energy efficiency of the building in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Energy Efficiency of Buildings”. According to the results, he receives an energy efficiency certificate and a Project Description

STEP 2

Making a decision on participation in the Program

To hold a general meeting of HOA co-owners, to make a decision on participation in the Program (in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine “On a Homeowners’ Association” dated November 29, 2001 No. 2866-III).

Or, if the participant is a housing cooperative, hold a general meeting of co-owners and make a decision in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Specifics of Exercising Ownership Rights in an Apartment Building”

STEP 3

The participant needs to choose a partner bank of the EEF for cooperation and open an account there

Partner banks

The participant chooses a partner bank of the EEF for cooperation and opens an account there. It is to this account that the EEF will send the grant.

STEP 4

The Participant completes and submits an Application for participation in the Program

The Participant prepares and submits to the EEF the Application (in the form according to Appendix No. 1 to the Grant Agreement) and accompanying documents.

The application can be submitted online by e-mail support@eefund.org.ua or in paper form (postal shipment, courier delivery, etc.) to the EEF’s address.
