STEP 1

The HOA performs all the work under the project within the framework of participation in the Program.

STEP 2

The HOA submits to the Fund an Application for the completion of works (in the form according to Appendix No. 2 to the Grant Agreement) and accompanying documents to it (in accordance with the List of documents of the HOA within the framework of participation in the ‘VidnovyDIM’ Program and the order of their submission).

The application can be submitted online by e-mail: support@eefund.org.ua or in paper form (mail, courier delivery, etc.) to the Fund’s address.

STEP 3

If the Application for participation in the Program is approved, the HOA will receive from the Fund:

  • the notification of the Application approval;
  • the second tranche of the grant -to the HOA bank account in the partner bank.

The second tranche of the grant is paid by the Fund within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment the condominium sends the notification to the Fund about the approval of the Application for completion of works.
