Program goal

Financing of construction works for the restoration of multi-apartment residential buildings of Associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings (HOAs), damaged as a result of the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.

Program participants

HOAs established and operating in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On the association of co-owners of an apartment building’ dated November 29, 2001 No. 2866-III, and located throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories and territories of active hostilities (in particular, the territories of active hostilities in which state electronic information resources operate)as well as settlements where the state authorities of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers, and settlements located on the demarcation line.

What measures are eligible under the program?

Windows

Replacement or repair of the damaged window blocks and/or the balcony door blocks, the stained-glass windows, etc., the external and the internal vestibule doors.

Facade

Repair of the damage to building facades.

Roof

Repair of the damage to roof structures/building covering.

Ramps and lifts

Arrangement of means of unhindered access for people with limited mobility

Common areas

Repair and restoration works of internal equipment in common areas (entrances) of the building

Engineering systems

Repair of the damaged equipment of roof boilers and engineering networks (heating, water supply, sewage, gas supply, electrical networks)

PLEASE NOTE that the Fund does not provide funding for expenses related to the execution of any other types of work (services) that are not defined as Acceptable Measures under this Program, including expenses for the preparation of project estimates, defect reports, authorship, and technical supervision.
