The application can be submitted online to e-mail: support@eefund.org.ua or in paper form (mail, courier delivery, etc.) to the Fund`s address.

If the Application for participation in the Program is approved, the HOA will receive from the Fund:
- the notice on approval of the Grant Application;
- the first tranche of the grant — to the HOA bank account in the partner bank.
The grant is paid by the Fund within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment of sending the notification on the approval of the Grant Application to the HOA. The grant should be used by the HOA only to finance the costs associated with the implementation of the Acceptable measures, namely, for the purchase of materials and equipment and the payment for construction works provided for in the Grant Application.
IMPORTANT! Change of contractor/supplier after receiving the first tranche of the grant is prohibited. Exceptions are possible only in case of stopped activity of a legal entity / the death of an individual entrepreneur-counterparty or in case of the termination of the contract due to the current force majeure or failure of the contract by the contractor/supplier during such period, which will indicate that it cannot be fulfilled within the prescribed time-limit.
