Changes to the “ENERGODIM” Program: 20% additional grant for participants

The Energy Efficiency Fund announces the approval of an increase in the size of the grant for HOAs. Today, July 17, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund approved the relevant changes to the Energy Modernization Support Program for multi-apartment buildings “ENERGODIM”.

This decision is aimed at providing financial support to current Program participants implementing their projects under current conditions, as well as to encourage more HOAs to modernize their buildings in preparation for the heating season.

From now on, all HOAs that participate in the “ENERGODIM” Program and have not completed the Project will receive an additional +20% to the amount of the grant for construction works (we would like to remind that previously such conditions were provided for the first 500 participants). Accordingly, participants of the Program according to the Package of activities “A” (including new participants of the Program who implement Projects in a simplified manner) will receive 60% of the compensation of the cost of construction works, and participants who implement Projects according to the Package of activities “B” will receive 70%.

Pay attention! All participating HOAs that have already submitted an application for step-by-step or full verification, but have not yet received approval for the last step, can count on recalculation of the grant based on the previous steps in an increased amount.

The new version of the program will enter into force on July 19, 2024.
