Yuliia Sabatiuk, an independent member of the highest governing body of the EEF, headed the Supervisory Board of the State Institution “Energy Efficiency Fund” for the second time today.
We would like to remind that Yuliia Sabatiuk had been an independent member of the Supervisory Board since 2018, and in 2021 she headed it for the first time.
Yuliia Sabatiuk is an expert in the field of housing and utility services, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of housing and utility services and energy efficiency. An active participant in the reform of the multi-apartment housing stock in Ukraine.
Together with the previous composition of the Supervisory Board, she approved many significant changes to the EEF’s Programs, which simplified participation for all participants. Apart from that, Yuliia Sabatiuk constantly participated in all-Ukrainian and international events, where she presented the EEF’s activities. Under her chairmanship, the new Energy Efficiency Fund Strategy for 2024-2026 was approved.

The Supervisory Board is the highest management body of the State Institution “Energy Efficiency Fund”, which protects the rights of the founder, lenders, donors and ultimate beneficiaries of the Fund, ensures the fulfillment of the Fund’s goals and supervises the management of the Fund.
The Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund consists of two representatives of the Government, two independent members and one representative of international donors.
