Today, another meeting of the Advisory Council of the Energy Efficiency Fund took place, at which experts and representatives of the industry discussed current issues of the development of the Energy Efficiency Fund programs.
One of the key issues on the agenda was changes to the “ENERGODIM” and “GreenDIM” programs. The participants of the meeting discussed in detail proposals for updating the requirements for projects, revising the list of activities that can be financed under these programs, as well as implementation mechanisms.
An important aspect of the discussion was the need to review prices for equipment and materials used during project implementation. Experts emphasized the importance of taking into account the dynamics of the market when determining specific values in connection with a significant increase in prices.
Besides, the meeting participants discussed the issue of increasing the size of the grant for project support. It is proposed to increase funding to ensure high-quality technical support for projects participating in the “ENERGODIM” Program.
An important direction of cooperation, which was discussed at the meeting, is the strengthening of interaction with communities. The participants emphasized the need to intensify work with city councils and provide them with comprehensive support in the development of city support programs.
According to the results of the meeting, appropriate proposals will be prepared for the improvement of the “ENERGODIM” and “GreenDIM” programs, which will be taken into account in the future in the new editions.
