The Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund approved the new “GreenDIM” Program

The Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund at an extraordinary meeting held on May 4, 2024 approved a new “GreenDIM” program (hereinafter – the Program) aimed at stimulating the use of alternative energy sources.

The Program will be implemented from May 7, 2024.

The following can become participants of the Program:

  • Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs);
  • Housing cooperatives.

Under the Program, the Energy Efficiency Fund will provide financing for partial reimbursement of the cost of:

  1. Equipment and materials:

Under the terms of the Program, the EEF will provide funding to its participants in the form of a grant on a free and non-refundable basis. The amount of the grant is 70% of the cost of the equipment, audit and certification of the energy efficiency of the building.

The grant includes partial compensation for the cost of the main equipment, additional necessary materials and energy efficiency certification.

Program participants can receive UAH 1 million for the installation of SPPs, and UAH 2 million for the installation of heat pumps.

Grant compensation for expenses for the services of energy efficiency certification of the building — up to UAH 15,000.

In addition, the maximum amount of grants per unit of equipment capacity is established.
