The marketplace, designed with the assistance of the project “Support of the national Energy Efficiency Fund and of a climate-friendly reform agenda (S2I)” of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, aims to become a communication platform for HOAs, contractors, and construction companies participating in the programs of the Energy Efficiency Fund. On the online platform, the HOAs can create ads and search for specialists, contractors can find projects and fulfill orders, and construction companies — publish their products for sale.
Currently, the Energy Efficiency Fund is implementing two programs. Within the “Energodim” program — complex energy modernization of multi-apartment buildings — HOAs return up to 70% of the costs of external renovation of the house and modernization of internal systems. The “VidnovyDIM” program is financing construction works to restore residential buildings damaged due to the russian federation’s military aggression against Ukraine. The HOAs receive a grant on a free and non-refundable basis in the amount of 100% of the cost of the necessary works.
