The “Energodim” Program has been extended: HOAs can continue submitting applications for thermal modernisation

The Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund has approved a one-year extension of the “Energodim” Program, which will continue to operate for HOAs across Ukraine.

This means that homeowners associations can keep submitting applications to participate in the Program and receive grant support for comprehensive thermal modernisation of multi-apartment buildings. Thanks to the “Energodim” Program, multi-apartment buildings become warmer, more comfortable, and energy-efficient, while residents reduce energy consumption and lower utility costs.

In addition to extending the ‘Energodim’ Program, the Supervisory Board introduced updates to the Energy Efficiency Fund’s Strategy for 2024–2026, reflecting current challenges and available resources in the statutory capital. The Board also approved the EEF’s Activity Plan for 2026, outlining the institution’s next steps and continued focus on supporting HOAs.
