The Supervisory Board of EEF has approved amendments to the VidnovyDIM Program. The updates aim to improve project preparation quality and clarify participation conditions in the Program.
According to the revised rules, only homeowners associations (HOAs) of multi-apartment buildings that have suffered damage exceeding UAH 1 million are eligible to participate. Construction projects for such buildings are required to undergo expert review by state-owned expert organisations, ensuring proper quality of project documentation, restoration works, and justified costs.
At the same time, the updated Program allows HOAs whose buildings sustained damage below UAH 1 million to participate, provided the damage occurred before 2 November 2025, i.e., prior to the entry into force of the amendments on 3 November 2025. In such cases, HOAs can submit Application No. 1 after the amendments take effect, provided the fact and date of the damage are confirmed by an extract from the Registry of Damaged and Destroyed Property.
