The Government of Ukraine has appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund

By order of July 25, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed a new representative of the Government as part of the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund.

Dmytro Petrunin became a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He replaced Yevhenii Vodovozov in this position.

Dmytro Petrunin heads the Energy Efficiency Department of the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. He has many years of experience in the field of construction and energy efficiency. He also participated in the development of legislation that forms state policy in the field of housing and energy efficiency.

Mr. Petrunin graduated from the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture with a degree in “Industrial and Civil Construction” and qualified as a civil engineer. Besides, he graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, majoring in Public Administration, with a master’s degree in public administration.

For reference. The Supervisory Board is the highest governing body of the State Energy Efficiency Fund. The Supervisory Board protects the rights of the founder, lenders, donors and ultimate beneficiaries of the Fund, ensures the fulfillment of the Fund’s goals and supervises the management of the Fund.

The Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund consists of two representatives of the Government, two independent members and one representative of international donors.
