As of November 26, 2021, 669 energy modernization projects of houses under the Energodim program are in operation.
These are applications of condominiums that have been approved for participation in the program and are already developing project documentation for the implementation of the modernization project or directly proceeded to the implementation of repair and construction works.
The total cost of these projects is over UAH 5.8 billion, of which UAH 214.3 million under package A “Lite” and UAH 5.6 billion under Package B “Complex”.
85 condominiums have fully or partially completed work within the framework of projects implemented under the Energodim program.
This means thousands of families in modernized houses already live in comfortable conditions and save money on utilities payments this year!

In total, as of November 26, the Fund received and registered 844 applications from co-owners for participation in the Program: 158 for Package A “Lite”, 686 for Package B “Complex”.
The average cost of the project for Package A is about UAH 1.8 million, for Package B – UAH 10.1 million.
The total cost of energy saving projects is UAH 6 billion 947 million 027 thousand. And the estimated amount of grants received by co-owners will be up to 70% of the cost of projects or UAH 4 billion 346 million 440 thousand.
In total, about 77.5 thousand families have already participated in the Energodim program!
In particular, co-owners submitted 844 applications for participation in the Program, 266 applications – for project approval, 85 – for verification.
The leading regions in terms of the quantity of submitted applications are Volynska, Lvivska and Mykolaivska oblast.
